1. Onsite Training

Training sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own facility with our trainer customizing the session to cater to the needs of your organization and staff members. We recommend at least three days of training and a class size of one to six people to allow for hands-on instruction. Each PMXpert user should have his/her own computer and a training prerequisite of basic computer literacy.
 

2. Online Training

Training sessions are conducted over the internet and telephone to an individual or small group from your company. This is an excellent tool to assist you with understanding and utilizing the software. It is also used to give an overview to new staff members or a refresher for current ones. An unlimited number of training sessions can be booked with a recommended time span of one hour each. 3. In House Data Entry

Data Entry is the most important procedure prior to utilizing the software. We will do the work for you and eliminate this time consuming process while confirming the data is entered correctly. We provide a checklist of the information we require from your facility, then we enter the data into the program for you. We suggest you follow up In House Data Entry with Online or Onsite Training to provide users with the confidence they need to utilize PMXpert Software specifically for their needs.

Update to the latest version of PMXpert to continue receiving the maximum benefits from the software. Remember, to receive updates a current Upgrade Protection Plan is required.
