To download the latest Software Update, which includes the New Features, Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to PMXpert Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the PMXpert V10.5 (10.5.1.334) link.

  • Work Order Services were not showing up if the asset related to the service did not have a location history

  • Assets could be related directly to themselves
  • The ‘Scheduled Date’ field was not populating correctly on the ‘Asset Service’ edit
  • The ‘Purchase Order’ find was not equating ‘58’ to ‘0000000058’ like the ‘Work Order’ find does, causing users to type in all of the leading zeroes
  • When displaying the location for an asset on the work order service grid, it was displaying the current asset, not the one where the asset was located at the time of the Work order
  • Spacing problems with the ‘notes’ subreport when printing the ‘Work order’ report to a file
  • The description box on the ‘Work order’ screen wasn’t the same size as the data field, causing truncation of data. When you resize the screen now, it will stretch the description box along with the screen.
  • When importing Work Order details, the program was not updating the inventory item fields appropriately
  • The ‘Asset’ screen was taking a long time to load if there were a lot of ‘Purchase Orders’ in the database
  • The Search box on the ‘PM Schedule’ was not working properly in some cases
  • Error occurring when entering an invalid value in the ‘Meter Type’ drop down field in the ‘Asset’ edit
  • ‘Connection Timeout’ error occurring when going into the ‘History’ tab on some occasions
